Oshi no Ko Wiki

The plot within the Oshi no Ko manga series are officially divided into story arcs by the author. An arc ends after a manga chapter announced the beginning of a new arc. Consequently, an arc begins the following chapter after said announcement is made. The exception is made for Prologue: Childhood arc due to it being the first arc of the series.

It span the entire first volume of the manga and tells the story of how Gorou reincarnated into the son of his oshi, Ai Hoshino, and his childhood as Aqua Hoshino. It also introduces his twin sister, Ruby Hoshino, their guardian Miyako Saitou, Ai's company president and Miyako's husband Ichigo Saitou, famous director Taishi Gotanda, and prodigious child actress Kana Arima.

It span the entire second volume of the manga and tells the story of the twins entering high school and becoming teenagers, and slowly working themselves into the showbiz/entertainment world for their own personal reason. It introduces a producer with ties to Ai, Masaya Kaburagi, fellow actor Melt Narushima, mangaka of Sweet Today, Yoriko Kichijouji, and freshmen friends of Ruby, Frill Shiranui and Minami Kotobuki.

It span the entire third volume and first two chapters of the fourth volume of the manga and tells the story of Aqua entering the reality TV show We're About to Fall in Love for Real (also known as LoveforReal) in order to gain information regarding Ai from the producer Kaburagi. It introduces fellow co-stars of the show such as actress Akane Kurokawa, Youtuber Mem-Cho, fashion model Yuki Sumi, dancer Nobuyuki Kumano, and band member Kengo Morimoto. It also introduces Youtuber affiliated with Strawberry Productions, Pieyon.

It spans the rest of the fourth volume, and covers the induction of Mem-Cho into the newly revived B-Komachi idol group, which was Ai Hoshino's previous idol group, and their appearance in the Japan Idol Festival. It also introduces an event management company representative Sumiaki Raida as a prelude to the next arc, alongside a one-off appearance of an idol who quits two weeks after the festival, Mana Suzushiro.

It covers the shocking revelation that Aqua has found regarding the mystery of his father, along with covering for the music video shooting of B-Komachi's new song in Miyazaki, the birthplace of Aqua and Ruby along with the place where both of their previous lives, Gorou and Sarina, ended. It introduces composer for the original B-Komachi group Himura, instagrammer/video creator Anemone Monemone, an unnamed man that presumably fathered Aqua and Ruby, and an unnamed girl that seems to be connected to the reincarnation of Gorou and Sarina.

It covers Ruby Hoshino as she began making her way on the entertainment world through featuring at a web variety show that Aqua is starring, and later on, follows Aqua as he discover the hidden secrets of both his sister, and the continuing mystery of their father. It introduces the assistant director on the variety show "Dig Deep! One Chance" Shun Yoshizumi, his cosplayer/VTuber sister Mimi Yoshizumi, a cosplayer Meiya, the director of the variety show Tetsu Urushibara, and reveals the father of Ruby and Aqua as Hikaru Kamiki.

Movie「映画, Eiga?」 is the ninth arc of Oshi no Ko manga series. It covers the production of the documentary movie The 15 Year Lie, including the fundraising and casting of the characters involved, the auditioning for the role of Ai Hoshino, which ended up being played by Ruby Hoshino, and the filming of said movie. It introduces famous actress Yura Katayose and the first formal appearance of Hikaru Kamiki. It also introduces an agent for an advertising company for the movie, and late Sarina Tendouji's mother, Marina Tendouji, along with revealing a stage name for the mysterious girl connected to reincarnation as Tsukuyomi, and introduces a former member of B-Komachi with close ties to Ai and Hikaru, Fuyuko Niino.
