Season 1 is the first season of the anime adaptation of Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari's Oshi no Ko manga series.
It was announced on June 9, 2022, after a countdown revealed[1] a teaser visual, along with the launch of the official website[2] and official Twitter account.[3] It is animated and produced by Doga Kobo.[2]
Season 1 premiered on April 12, 2023,[4] with a special advanced screening for Episode 1 in Japan on March 17, 2023.[2][5] The series contains eleven episodes, adapting chapters 1-40 of the manga.
