Oshi no Ko「【推しの子】, "Their Idol's Children", "My Star"?」 is the anime adaptation of Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari's Oshi no Ko manga series.
It was announced on June 9, 2022, after a countdown revealed[1] a teaser visual, along with the launch of the official website[2] and official Twitter account.[3] It will be animated and produced by Doga Kobo.[2]
Season 1 premiered on April 12, 2023,[4] with a special advanced screening for Episode 1 in Japan on March 17, 2023.[2][5] The series contains eleven episodes, adapting the first 40 chapters of the manga.
On June 28, 2023, it was announced that Season 2 was set to be produced. A teaser visual for the season was then revealed on the official website and Twitter account.[6]
