Ichigo Saitou[]
Ichigo is Miyako's husband, who she apparently married so she could work with attractive men, only to find herself looking after Ai's twin children. After Ichigo seemingly disappeared after Ai's death, Miyako took over the management of Ichigo Production, Inc in his place.
It is revealed that the two met when Miyako was working in the nightlife as a Minato girl. Ichigo approached her and offered her to work with him in Ichigo Production, Inc. After experiencing the dazzling light that was Ai, Ichigo asked Miyako to support him, promising to show her "the most sparkling scenery in this world." Ichigo shared his dream with her: to have their talent perform at the Tokyo Dome.
After a decade of not seeing each other since Ai's death, Miyako and Ichigo run into each other at the bar they frequent. Miyako confronts him about the dream they once shared, believing he had given up on it. Later, she forces Ichigo to return to Ichigo Production, Inc to take care of the mess he left behind, threatening to sue him if he doesn't.
Ruby Hoshino[]
After Ai gave birth to Aqua and Ruby, Miyako was put in charge of looking after them in place of Ai. She originally hated it, so much so that she attempted to expose the truth on the internet. Although, after an intervention from the twins, she was subdued. After spending much time with the twins, Miyako came to see them as her children. After Ai's untimely death, she became the foster mother of the twins, growing particularly close with Ruby, who she raised as her own daughter, and showing more of a maternal side with her.
While initially against Ruby becoming an idol like Ai, Miyako recognized the potential she had to do so. When Ruby's dreams of becoming an idol seemed closer to reality, Miyako would give her full support and tell her to become an idol under Ichigo Production, Inc. From there, she would advise the new B-Komachi about the idol industry.
Aqua Hoshino[]
Like Ruby, Miyako took in Aqua after Ai's death but was not close to him as she was with Ruby due to Aqua's change in personality and him closing himself off from others. Regardless, Miyako still loved Aqua as if he was her own son and treated him as such, even if she didn't really know what he was thinking. During the early days of his acting career, Miyako would berate him for his underhanded methods to achieve his goals, but she was nonetheless proud of his growth.

Ai Hoshino[]
As someone who worked closely with Ai during her career, Miyako was aware of her amazing talent as a rising star. The dream Ai showed her and everyone at Ichigo Production, Inc was an unforgettable experience that was tragically cut short. When Miyako took in Ai's children after her death, she did not want Ruby following the same path as Ai but ultimately allowed her to follow that dream. She also didn't ask them to forget about Ai saying that she would never change that she was their mother, showing that she respects her enough to keep her memory alive. Miyako has stated that Ai was unique and there would never be again someone like her.
Kana Arima[]
Mem-Cho[]
Miyako and Mem-Cho are not seen interacting very often, but they seem to get along very well. After the first concert of the group, Miyako and Mem-Cho had a casual conversation in which she implied to Mem-Cho that Kana has a crush on Aqua.
