Compliance「コンプライアンス, Konpuraiansu?」 is the ninetieth chapter of the Oshi no Ko manga series. It is written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari. It was released in Weekly Young Jump on August 4, 2022.[1]

Snippets of the cosplay episode for Dig Deep! One Chance is shown, where Director Tetsu Urushibara were asking Meiya inappropriate questions regarding her experience in cosplaying. Meiya can be seen smiling silently, before her viral tweets voicing her displeasure with the experience is shown. Multiple replies to the tweet are shown, with people echoing the statement shown in the tweet about TV industry. Kana Arima, Frill Shiranui, and Ruby Hoshino silently look to their phones, presumably reading the tweets as well.
Shun Yoshizumi called Meiya in a panic, apologizing for the interview, and pleading with her to retract the tweet. Meiya refuses, and explained that she was hurt by the questions that she feels bordering on sexual harassment, explaining her reason to take up erotic cosplay. She also specifically pointed out that all of the work she put into making a Tokyo Blade cosplay went to waste as things changed last minute, which made her feel disrespected, and she is putting up the tweet as a warning for other cosplayers so that they won't experience the same thing. Meiya hung up the call and Shun looks down dejectedly, while his sister Mimi Yoshizumi look on.
Urushibara announced that the cosplay episode has been postponed due to an order by the higher up, and they are considering issuing an apology statement. Urushibara then admonishes Shun for bringing problematic person like Meiya, called her unprofessional for leaking internal information, and said people like her rely on outrage marketing. Shun then call him out for his own problematic approach to content creation, saying that in this day and age, compliance and respect is much more important.
Urushibara then argues with Shun, saying that he is hired despite his problematic personality, and the show is greenlighted despite of its underlying controversial themes because they are willing to air things that terrestrial TV would not, pushing the boundaries of regulations instead of sticking with the rules and became boring. He agrees that it would be great if they can come up with interesting content while remaining compliant with known regulations and social boundaries, but they're not a genius who can come up with such concept.
Urushibara then relents, saying that he knows what he did was wrong, but he has a family to feed, and he is sorry for changing the theme last minute. He said he will take responsibility, and walked off. Other producers then began talking about his prospect in the future, saying that no one will reach out to him anymore, and his time is over.
Later on, Shun sees a tweet, asking the meaning of TV, presumably about the content in a TV program. He spoke to Mimi, ranting about his assistant director career, and how pointless it is since he will not be free if he ranks up to be a director, citing Urushibara as an example. He ended the rant by saying that even though Urushibara is a scumbag and lacks communication skills, the content he bring is interesting.
Shun can then be seen sitting in a park, gloomily looking at his phone as yet another news of the scandal props up. He wonders about his future prospect before he is approached by Ruby, holding up a proposal for him to read.
