Summary[]
Monme (Sakuya Kamoshida) and Kizami's (Melt Narushima) duel results in the latter's defeat and Tsurugi (Kana Arima) and Blade (Taiki Himekawa) have arrived to avenge their comrade. Sakuya's line is interrupted by the sound effects but Kana seamlessly adds an ad-lib to convey the critical information. Sakuya is impressed and is glad to share the stage with her. Outnumbered two to one, Monme makes a hasty retreat and reports back to Touki (Aqua Hoshino) and Princess Saya (Akane Kurokawa), warning them of the troubles ahead. Abiko notes this particular scene was revised the most as the majority of Princess Saya's speech they cut short in order to convey her conflict through actions. After careful consideration, Princess Saya declares that they will fight Abiko is impressed as Akane is able resolve all of the inconsistency in the original script through acting alone.
Thus the conflict between the Shinjuku and Shibuya faction begins. In the scuffle, Tsurugi finds herself alone facing off against Princess Saya alone. Kana detects Akane is acting in a way that conveys the message that her method is correct and wonders why she holds such a grudge. Tsurugi tells Princess Saya to draw her sword but she declares her scabbard will suffice. For Akane, this face-off with Kana was a long time coming, so long in fact that Kana might not even remember.
Many years ago, Akane was once mesmerized by Kana, the genius child actor. She would watch Kana's performance on repeat and constantly praised her. Noting her enthusiasm, her parents encouraged her to try out acting. While she was reluctant at first, she was eventually persuaded when her father mentioned that she might be friends with Kana one day. And so she joined a children's theater troupe with the aim of getting closer to Kana in person. Then one day, she got her chance at an audition.
