B-Komachi are filming another video for their youtuber channel and Ruby introduces Kana as their center. Mem-Cho explains that after the karaoke, neither of them were feeling confident about being the center but then they saw a video of Kana's single. Kana quickly brushes it off, stating it was a complete failure and everyone involved lost money trying to turn her into a singer. Ruby tries her best complementing her, saying that while there were some inadequacies in her earlier work, she had improved over time. Kana retorts them not to mock her and that she would not be the center. Ruby agrees to drop the subject but requests her to listen to their singing first.
Soon, day has turned to night and the group are practicing with Kana as the center and both Ruby and Mem-Cho are happy with their performance. Kana bemoans her inability to resist pressure as finally gives in after realizing how bag the other girls singing are. With the position of the center dealt with, Miyako brings in someone to help the group prepare. For a moment, Kana thought it would be Aqua but it turns out to be Pieyon. Mem-Cho remembers that Pieyon used to a chirographer for idols and asks for his opinion on what he has seen of them so far. Pieyon tells them he has seen plenty of other idols going on stage with a similar level but if they are going to be serious, they will need to increase their stamina. And Pieyon trains the girls by having them do hill sprints and perform their choreography while exhausted.
After a session, while Ruby and Mem-Cho plan their performance, an exhausted Kana heads out to the balcony for a break. She is then approached by Pieyon, who asks Kana if she regrets becoming an idol. Kana doubts she has what it takes to be an idol or the center. In return, Pieyon points out that she is a good singer, so what is with her reluctance on being the center. Kana states that the center is the group's face and it should not be her, Pieyon questions her line of thinking as he thinks she is amazing. Kana responds by asking what he knows about her. He lists out her traits: hard working, complex of her bad mouth, preference to be praised by her work as a whole herself personally and hates peppers. Kana is happy that he actually notices and that she still has a fan. This heart-to-heart also makes her consider falling for him. As the two chat, Ruby remark that despite Pieyon's busy schedule, he still agrees to help with their performance. Mem-Cho on the hand thought he would be taller but in real life, he looks more similar to Aqua.
