Knife「ナイフ, Naifu?」 is the one hundred and fiftieth chapter of Oshi no Ko manga series. It is written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari. It will be released in Weekly Young Jump on May 23, 2024.
Summary[]
In a dream, Aqua finds Gorou in the entryway of his childhood home and asks him if he remains focused on revenge. The latter responds that he believed that he had lost everything but things have changed now, as Sarina is alive as Ruby and fulfilling her dreams of being an idol. Gorou thus states that he has already gotten his reward and that he will soon fade away like a distant memory, allowing Aqua to live as he pleases: kill Hikaru or enjoy his youth with the girl he likes.
Regardless, Gorou claims that will not let a "playboy" like Aqua lay a finger on Sarina. However, Aqua reveals that he only sees Ruby as his "precious little sister" and understands that Gorou is the one she is really in love with. Satisfied, Gorou then changes topic to the person Aqua likes and believes it to be Kana, as the boy always liked her straightforwardness and she seems to be interested in him as well. However, when Gorou tries to encourage him to make a move on her, Aqua angrily replies that "he knows that". Gorou then closes the conversation by stating that Aqua no longer needs to pretend to be him and can do as he likes as the latter wakes up from his dream.
At Kana's apartment, she recalls her conversation with Akane; while she turned down her offer to help her get together with Aqua, the latter teasingly told her to act quickly then, since she might change her mind and take him back. Kana then thinks back on her relationship with Aqua: while initially hating him for upstaging her as a child, after meeting him again as teenagers, she came to admire the effort that he puts into his acting, ultimately realizing that she had developed a crush on him. However, she doubts that he understands these feelings and wonders if he looks at her in the same way. In the end, Kana admits to herself that she is in love with Aqua and sends him a text asking him if he is free this Saturday.
