Summary[]

The 15 Year Lie Cut 118: "At the Hopital". While playing his role as Gorou, Melt goes over the scheduling issues that movies often face: due to location availability, it is not uncommon for recording to be done out-of-order and at inopportune times; like how they are currently working at night due to the hospital they are filming in having to be open during the day. Fortunately, they were at least able to record the story in chronological order.

After recording finishes, Melt catches Ruby staring at him in disgust. He asks her what is wrong, causing her to mutter to herself that Gorou was more dignified than what his portrayal showed. Angered, he asks if she has an issue him but she just claims to be concerned since it is an important role, though Melt points out that the role is relatively small. Ruby then wonders aloud how he got this role after his terrible performance in Sweet Today, believing that the producers should have cast a more skilled actor like Taiki instead, causing Melt to request she stop as she is hurting his feelings.

Melt argues that this story is not an adaptation after Ruby claims to be a "fan of the original", causing her to chastice him for not considering that the character he is portraying is based on a real person. In response, Melt claim to have put a genuine effort into understanding Gorou. Ruby then notices a B-Komachi merch pencil in Melt's breast pocket, having been added by him upon learning that Gorou was a fan. While she initially scolds him for hiding the pencil under his coat, she is silenced when Melt explains that Gorou would have never let Ai see it. From his research, Melt learned that Gorou became a fan of Ai from a deceased patient's influence and he likes to believe that the pencil was a memento. This causes Ruby to completely change her opinion of Melt, which initially disturbs him but he then encourages her to give it her all in their upcoming performance.

The next day, Ruby is doing her morning stretches when she is confronted by Tsukuyomi and asked how it feels to be reunited with Gorou, to which she answers that it feels nostalgic. Tsukuyomi surmises that it was due to her presence that Takachiho, which is sentimentally important to her, was chosen for filming. When Ruby jokes that even gods get homesick, Tsukuyomi reveals that humans are often aided by gods without noticing and claims they should show more respect. However, Ruby then asks her whether she can really pull off her upcoming performance, causing Tsukuyomi to angrily tell her to not look down on her.
