Management「マネジメント, Manejimento?」 is the one-hundred twenty-sixth chapter of Oshi no Ko manga series. It is written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari.
Summary[]
The staff of Ichigo Production, Inc are called to a meeting, introducing a part-timer (Ichigo) to everyone as well as reassigning everyone's tasks. Miyako announces that she will be Ruby and Aqua's manager going forward but the rest of the staff are alarmed by this, asking who will arrange everything, to which she responds it will be handled by the part-timer.
As everyone leaves, Ruby greets Ichigo, happy that he has worked things out with Miyako. However Ichigo reveals that Miyako actually threatened him and that Aqua had set him up. Ruby is surprised but can't help but feel happy how things have turned out.
In the evening, Ichigo starts working on the schedule of their talents with Miyako. Miyako comments that Ruby is popular at the moment and they are trying to get her as much recognition as possible. Ichigo responds that Ruby is no one-hit wonders and that Miyako shouldn't be worried that Ruby becoming jobless once her moment of popularity passes because they will prevent that from happening. In order to do so, they will market her in a more luxurious way. Negotiate for better conditions and differentiate shows that she should and shouldn't be on as well as spreading the work to the rest of the agency like Kana.
They then move on to discuss about the agency itself, Ichigo mentions that Ichigo Production, Inc is now reputable within the industry and compliments Miyako for her work. However he also warns her to keep any eye out on Aqua as he's either about to break or has already done so.
