Reporter「記者, Kisha?」 is the one-hundred and fifth chapter of Oshi no Ko manga series. It is written by Aka Akasaka and Illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari.

Ruby wonder if they can bribe the reporter to withdraw the story, Miyako immediately shuts down the idea, explaining that the story has already pass through the publication meeting. There is however a way to do it and major companies also use this occasionally. Ruby is excited upon hearing this and wants to know more from Miyako. And so Miyako begins her explanation...
Meanwhile at an undisclosed bar, Aqua is meeting with the writer who has written the story about Kana. Aqua first inquires if it is possible to remove Kana's name from the article in the upcoming issue but is turn down. Aqua attempts to guilt trip the reporter by reminding that Kana is still in high school but the reporter brushes it aside since he is only writing about the facts and that he is simply doing his job. Furthermore these stories are exactly what their readers want and besides their actions is far less damaging that the random articles that pop up on the internet.
Aqua rationalizes that there are different kinds of tabloid writers, those who write what they have been assigned, those that are guilty as they follow the celebrities around and those who takes pleasure watching celebrities fall before them. He deduces that the reporter seated next to him belong to the first group and comes up with a plan. As the reporter questions Aqua for additional information, Aqua denies him, instead he offers a different story, one that would be more gripping and damaging than the one he has written about Kana.
As Kana wakes up on the day of the publication, she prepares herself for upcoming catastrophe that is about to unfold. However as she turns on her television, she finds something entirely different. To the shock of many, it's a story about Ai and the fact that she had twins prior to her death. A stunned Ruby thinks back to Miyako's explanation, the only way to stop the story is to barter, exchange one scandal with another.
