I remind you that Hikaru is the man Ai chose to love and is the father of her children. He went through difficult things and Ai lied when she said she didn't love him because he already knew she had another son and his sad past so as not to give him more burdens destroyed him morally and that's why he did all those bad things. But there is still hope in fancomics.

I'm a bit obsessed with ships, but it's for a good cause - many in the fandom want Ai and Hikaru to be happy.
